We’re a local company, borne out of the design partnership of Clinton Elton & Ben Milbourne which emerged on 6 March 2000.In the early days we ran our small business out of a home office, gradually building rapport & design credibility. In 2003 we moved to our first business premises on Charter Towers Road & continued our solid growth. August 2010 saw our last move into our current premises at 46 Hugh Ryan Drive Garbutt, which we now share with local engineering firm NQ Consulting.Since then, we have evolved into an industry leader, employing 6 local staff & making our debut into the Building Design Awards in 2011. Our solid entrance took out two categories, building to five category winners the following year.Going from strength to strength, 2013 saw our business flourish with the addition of a Cadet Draftsperson & business coach to our team. Our services now include state of the art technology in our state of the art Design Studio and our foyer showcases the vast portfolio of designs our team continues to create. We were awarded six category winners by the Building Designer’s Association of Qld in the Townsville Regional Design Awards in 2013, with a further 4 BDAQ Awards added to our collection in 2014.We pride ourselves on our service, our strong foundations & our established local knowledge of the building industry & our tropical climate. But we still relish the challenge of each new project & set out to create new design trends with our innovative concepts.
